About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Product Managers to join our luxury jewelry retail team. The ideal candidates will bring extensive expertise in antique jewelry and diamond product management.

Required Experience:

Minimum 10 years in the Jewelry industry
5+ years in product management specifically within premium jewelry retail
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Gemology certification (Mandatory for Diamond Product Manager Position)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead product strategy and development
Execute and implement product initiatives
Conduct training sessions and product knowledge transfer
Establish and optimize processes
Market analysis and trend forecasting
Required Skills:

Expert knowledge of diamond grading and antique jewelry
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellence in execution and implementation
Proven track record in process creation
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management and CRM tools

Additional Requirements:

Must be willing to travel for supplier meetings, trade shows, and market research
Portfolio demonstrating successful product management in Antique and Diamond segments
Compensation:

Monthly salary: ?50,000/-
