Job Description

We are seeking a

motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager

with

2+ years of experience

to lead and manage product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset,

excellent communication skills

, and a deep passion for delivering impactful, user-centric solutions. Candidates based in

Madurai

or willing to relocate are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy. Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from market research, user insights, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development to ensure successful product delivery. Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related communication. Monitor product performance and suggest data-driven improvements. Ensure products meet high standards of usability, performance, and reliability.

Track and monitor employee task reports and task statuses regularly.

Ensure all team tasks are completed on time and within set deadlines.

Identify roadblocks and take proactive steps to ensure timely task execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and think strategically. Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools. High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Strong organizational skills with experience in task tracking and team coordination.
