We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the


strategic direction, vision, and execution of our HR-tech platform. This role requires deep


product thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with


cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and business functions. The ideal


candidate will drive innovation, define long-term roadmaps, and deliver high-quality, scalable


solutions that enhance recruitment and talent management experiences for our customers.


The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the product's evolution,


ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and contributing to the overall growth and


success of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, definition, roadmap

planning, execution, launch, and continuous iteration.

Establish product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with business

goals.

Conduct market and competitive research, perform user studies, analyze customer

feedback, and uncover new product opportunities.

Translate insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance

criteria, and measurable success metrics.

Collaborate closely with engineering leads on sprint planning, dependency

management, and issue resolution.

Demonstrate deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and apply them to drive

efficient delivery.

Convert business needs into practical, high-value product features. Communicate effectively with stakeholders; drive alignment across clients,

leadership, and internal teams.

Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and run experiments (including A/B tests)

to optimize outcomes.

Ensure product scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Conduct product demos, presentations, and walkthroughs for clients, prospects, and

external stakeholders.

Gather structured feedback from demos to shape product enhancements and future

roadmap planning.

Bring experience with AI/ML-driven features or platforms. Leverage familiarity with HR-tech, recruiting workflows, ATS/CRM processes, or

talent-acquisition systems.

Requirements


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a


related discipline.

6 to 10 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within SaaS,

HR-tech, AI, or enterprise platforms.

Demonstrated experience in defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and

leading cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. High degree of user empathy with sound understanding of UX principles. Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA,

Confluence, Figma, analytics dashboards, and similar platforms.
