Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager & Tester to oversee product development from concept to launch, while ensuring quality through rigorous testing. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on quality assurance, bridging the gap between business needs and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities aligned with company goals. Gather, prioritize, and manage product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research. Create and manage user stories, feature specifications, and product documentation. Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver features on time. Drive sprint planning, product backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in agile environments. Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on user feedback.

Quality Assurance & Testing

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and/or automated). Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing across web/mobile platforms. Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases; document and track them through resolution. Work closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved and quality standards are met. Validate releases before deployment to production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in product management, QA testing, or a hybrid role. Strong understanding of agile product development and QA methodologies. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management platforms. Experience using QA tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A strong user-first mindset with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with UI/UX principles. Background in startup or SaaS environments. Basic knowledge of programming/scripting for automated testing. Certifications in Product Management or Software Testing (e.g., CSPO, ISTQB).
