We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager with expertise in Workday Recruitment and Onboarding modules to join our team. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of our recruitment, hiring, and onboarding solutions, ensuring they meet the changing needs of our organization and industry standards. In this strategic and customer-focused role, you will work with global leaders, solutions, product, process, and technology teams to achieve business goals, including speeding up implementation timelines, managing the product lifecycle, reducing issues, applying prioritization methods to create a product roadmap, and promoting transparency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

Develop and implement a strategic product roadmap for our talent acquisition and attraction solutions, aligned with the company's overall goals and market needs.

Market Analysis:

Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in recruiting and onboarding. *
