Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a

Product Manager with a strong software development background

and experience in the

FinTech domain

. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business, technology, and customers by owning the product lifecycle end-to-end. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build innovative financial products leveraging AI and modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the

product roadmap

for FinTech solutions (payments, lending, trading, wealth management, etc.). Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into

technical requirements

and product features. Define, prioritize, and manage the

product backlog

and sprint planning. Work with cross-functional teams - developers, designers, data scientists, and QA - to deliver high-quality products. Conduct

market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions

to enhance product features. Ensure compliance with

financial regulations, security standards, and data privacy norms

. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of product vision with business objectives. Leverage

AI/ML

and automation to enhance product features such as fraud detection, personalization, and risk assessment. Monitor

KPIs and product performance

, and iterate based on user adoption and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-6 years of experience as a

Product Manager

in the

FinTech industry

. Strong

software development background

(hands-on experience with Python, APIs, Databases, or related technologies is a plus). Knowledge of

financial products

(payments, lending, trading platforms, digital wallets, investment tools, etc.). Familiarity with

AI/ML applications in finance

(fraud detection, recommendation systems, RAG/chatbots for finance). Strong understanding of

Agile/Scrum

methodologies. Excellent

stakeholder management, client communication, and leadership skills

. Ability to create detailed

PRDs, wireframes, and workflows

. Experience with

cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

is preferred. * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
