Role Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Product Manager

to lead

product strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle management

for the

VEROXON healthcare AI platform

. This role requires a strong balance of

strategic thinking, domain understanding, and execution excellence

, with deep collaboration across

engineering, AI/data, security, and business teams

.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing

enterprise SaaS or platform products

, preferably within

healthcare or regulated environments

, and will be responsible for driving

product outcomes, adoption, and long-term platform growth

.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the

product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap

for the VEROXON platform Translate

business, customer, and regulatory requirements

into clear product capabilities Lead

end-to-end product lifecycle management

from concept to launch and continuous improvement Partner closely with

engineering, architecture, AI/data, and security teams

Drive

prioritization, backlog management, and release planning

Conduct

market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis

Define

product success metrics, KPIs, and OKRs

Ensure product alignment with

healthcare compliance, security, and privacy requirements

Act as the primary product voice for

enterprise stakeholders and leadership

Support enterprise customer engagements, demos, and roadmap discussions Continuously optimize product value, usability, and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

Core Product Experience

12-15 years of experience in

Product Management

for enterprise or platform products Strong background in

B2B SaaS, platform, or data-driven products

Proven ability to own and scale

complex, multi-tenant enterprise platforms

Experience working in

product-led, engineering-driven organizations

Healthcare & Domain Expertise (Highly Preferred)

Experience working on

healthcare, digital health, or regulated technology products

Understanding of

healthcare workflows, clinical data, and compliance constraints

Familiarity with

HIPAA, HITECH, healthcare data privacy and security principles

Experience collaborating with

clinical, compliance, and security stakeholders

AI, Data & Modern Product Skills

Experience managing

AI/ML-enabled features and data-driven products

Strong understanding of

analytics, reporting, and data platforms

Ability to define

AI product requirements, success metrics, and governance

Experience working closely with

data science and AI engineering teams

Agile & Delivery Excellence

Expertise in

Agile / Scrum / SAFe product delivery frameworks

Strong backlog prioritization and sprint planning skills Experience working with

globally distributed teams

Proven ability to deliver products

on time and at enterprise quality

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills with

executive presence

Ability to influence and align

cross-functional stakeholders

Experience mentoring

junior and senior product managers

Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving mindset

Tools & Platforms

Product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, etc.) Analytics and reporting tools Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software architectures Experience working with

API-driven and platform-based products
