JOB DESCRIPTION :Role: Title : Product SpecialistWorks With Key Responsibilities :Internal External - Develop and lead all sales and growth strategies and activities for a specific geographic territory.- Generate new revenue opportunities within a given strategic market, while managing existing accounts to meet and exceed annual sales and marketing plans and objectives.- Independent and has an ability to develop relationships with customer develop a business relationship.- Responsible for being a solutions provider through establishing trust with customers and ongoing relationships in a consultative atmosphere.- Able to have a pulse on the medical device and complex CV Surgery market to assess, negotiate and close high-level executive deals.- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast growing CV Surgery market, where you have the ability to grow the business through selling strategic partnerships across the entire product range.- Maintain a pipeline of new opportunities sufficient at all times to meet revenue goal.- Provide accurate and timely reporting of opportunities, prospects, and forecasts to management- Ensure proper collection and dissemination of project details and customer requirements to internal team\'s corporate procedures prior to quoting.- Collaboratively work with internal and corporate team to develop and present proposals- Plan and conduct strategic negotiations with customers.- Monitor and manage relationships with current customers for current programs including customer engagement activities.- Achieve annual sales goals for the territory consistent with corporate requirements for predictability, profitability, resource availability and strategy.- Internal communication management between the development, manufacturing, quality, CA and leadership teams to ensure a consistent relationship with new and ongoing customersKey Performance Indicator Competencies / Functional & Technical Skills Qualification Work Experience - Demonstrated experience providing leadership and managing customer complexity- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers.- Effective customer relationship development and account management skills.- Frequent Travel (50%)- Independent and has an ability to develop relationships with customer develop a business relationship.- Responsible for being a solutions provider through establishing trust with customers and ongoing relationships in a consultative atmosphere.- Able to have a pulse on the medical device and complex CV Surgery market to assess, negotiate and close high-level executive deals.- Looking for immediate joiner Bachelor\'s degree - Minimum of 3 to 5 years\' experience, ideally in the CV Surgery industry, in the areas of business development, sales.- Medical device industry experience required.
