StatValu has developed a software product for managing aircraft maintenance documents(aircraft technical records) which form the backbone of the aviation industry. This productArDocuExpert ("Air Docu Expert") semiautomates/automates certain document retrieval,collation and review processes by analysing aircraft maintenance documents to prove theairworthiness of an aircraft and uphold the commercial value of an aircraft by providing theproofs of systematic maintenance activities as evidenced by the technical records.ArDocuExpert has traction from some of the early adopter airlines, MROs and lessors. We are looking for a product manager who has seen a 0-1, 1-10 and 10-100 journey in termsof software product development, deployment and delivery to enterprise customers. As aproduct manager, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation of new features to launchand beyond. You will also ensure that the existing MVP features are maintained/upgradeddepending on customer feedback/technology updates. You will be responsible for definingthe "What" and the "How" of the product, ensuring that the development team builds theright solutions to solve customer problems while driving business growth. You will act as astrategic leader, balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and business viability.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision:

Define and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy that aligns with the company's goals. ?

Roadmapping & Prioritization:

Build and maintain a transparent product roadmap. Prioritize features based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and ROI analysis.

Market & User Research:

Conduct continuous market analysis and competitor research. Use AI tools and user interviews to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Lead "squads" of engineers and designers. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an agile, Scrum environment.

Product Discovery:

Work closely with UX/UI designers to create prototypes and conduct user testing to validate assumptions before development begins.

Required Skills & Competencies Skill Category Key Competencies Technical Savvy

Understanding of APIs, software architecture, and AI/ML capabilities (no coding required, but high "fluency"). Django, Python, Microsoft Azure, Angular, ElasticSearch/Solr/Lucene as programming ecosystem components.

Data Analytics

Proficiency in SQL, A/B testing, and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).

Soft Skills

Stakeholder management, active listening, negotiation, and high emotional intelligence (EQ).

Execution

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Product Management software.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA candidates with bachelor's degree in computer science/information science/IT are also welcome to apply. ?

Experience:

1-3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a technical role within a product-led organization. ?

Certifications:

(Optional but helpful) PMC (Product Manager Certificate), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), or specialized AI Product Management certifications. ?Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practice. ?Experience working with APIs, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). ?Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Postman, or similar. ?Ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively. ?Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications. ?Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy standards. ?Exposure to microservices architecture and system integrations. ?Certification such as CSPO, CSM, or PMP.

Strategy & Leadership

?Own and drive long-term product strategy aligned with organizational and technology vision ?Lead multiple product lines or complex enterprise systems ?Mentor and guide junior and mid-level product managers ?Act as a key decision-maker for product prioritization and trade-offs ?Represent product strategy in leadership, client, and executive meetings

Technical & Architecture Oversight

?Collaborate with architects and engineering leaders on system design and scalability ?Ensure products meet security, compliance, and performance standards ?Oversee integrations across platforms, APIs, third-party tools, and legacy systems ?Drive modernization initiatives (cloud migration, microservices, automation) ?Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks

Agile & Delivery Excellence

?Define and improve Agile product management processes across teams ?Ensure predictable and high-quality delivery across multiple Scrum teams ?Resolve cross-team dependencies and delivery risks ?Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burn-down) ?Partner with Engineering Managers to optimize resource utilization

Risk, Compliance & Governance

?Identify and mitigate technical, delivery, and operational risks ?Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and security standards ?Oversee UAT, release governance, and change management processes ?Manage dependencies with vendors and external partners

Pay: ₹85,182.07 - ₹102,584.86 per year
