Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and improve the product experience of our SaaS, Draft Bot Pro. Draft Bot Pro is an AI-powered legal drafting and research platform used by 75,000+ lawyers across India. We help legal professionals draft faster, research accurately, and work more efficiently using AI built specifically for Indian law.

You will work closely with engineering and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize features, and continuously improve usability, conversion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Draft Bot Pro features Gather user feedback and translate it into product improvements Define product requirements and user flows in collaboration with engineering Prioritize features and improvements based on user value and business impact Monitor product metrics such as activation, engagement, and conversion Improve existing workflows across legal drafting, research, and notes Coordinate with marketing to support feature launches and messaging
Requirements

2+ years of experience in Product Management (SaaS or tech products) Strong understanding of user-centered product design Experience working with engineering teams in an agile environment Ability to analyze user behavior and product data Clear communication and documentation skills Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
Good to Have

Experience with AI-powered or B2B SaaS products Familiarity with legal tech or Indian legal workflows Background in UX, engineering, or analytics Experience improving conversion or retention metrics
