JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Defining the vision for a product feature through consultation with customers, and external and internal collaborators. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and development teams, to gather and prioritize requirements. Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive product improvements. Monitor key product performance metrics and implement enhancements based on insights. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries and decisions. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs. Experience in product management Tools like Jira, Trello. Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and customer experience optimization. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a relevant field. Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or any equivalent certification will be a plus.
