We're looking for a strategic and results-driven

Product Manager

to join our team. You'll own the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight users and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product roadmap based on company strategy, customer feedback, and market trends. Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features on time. Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and pain points. Create detailed product requirements, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch and position the product effectively. Track product performance using analytics and KPIs; iterate based on feedback. Prioritize features, bugs, and tech debt with a balance of business value and effort.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in product management or related roles. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar. Technical background or experience working with software development teams is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Nice to Have:

Experience in [industry/domain, e.g., AI, SaaS, FinTech, EdTech, etc.]. Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, or Confluence. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.
