The Role: Product Manager, Ratings Direct

The Team: The Ratings Direct team focuses on building desktop and Excel workflow solutions for surfacing and analyzing S&P Global Ratings data and research. This creative team collaborates across sectors and drives continuous improvement in product innovation and usability.

The Impact: This role will work closely with the Product Management, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Relationship Management teams to develop business requirements, deliver product initiatives, and support the offering in the market.

• You will be working in a dynamic group with cross-functional resources and will be responsible for identifying trends in the market and partnering with clients and internal partners to respond to meaningful developments.
• You will contribute to the product vision and will be a leader in ideating and designing new functionality across different areas of the product.
• You will work closely in scrum teams within the iterative SAFe agile framework to deliver new capabilities to market.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for developing key deliverables, ultimately driving revenue by meeting the needs of current clients, displacing competitors, penetrating new markets, solving new problems and selling to new client bases. Your job is to build the best possible product for our clients, including:

• Serving as product owner on scrum teams for several high impact deliverables for our product suite.
• Driving product roadmap timelines and execution for multiple delivery channels such as CIQ Pro and Excel Plug-In.
• Developing and executing on go-to-market strategies for product rollouts and launches.
• Directly impact the professional and technical direction and strategy for the core product offering including shaping and designing new products and services.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, define and deliver initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies.
• Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and presentation/public speaking skills.
• History of working well in a group setting and proven ability to deliver results.
• Experience establishing strategy for a core product offering including shaping and designing new products and services.
• Use conceptual and innovative thinking to solve issues, looking beyond immediate problems for wider implications and determines the best path forward.
• 2+ Years in Business Analysis and Product Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on Ratings products.

The Location: India (Gurgaon/Ahmedabad/Hyderabad)
