The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product management principles and a keen interest in OSS and cybersecurity.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Open Source Software and/or Vulnerability Management products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives. Constantly manage backlog and handle business impact of feature delivery.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Communicate product updates, releases, and roadmap plans to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in OSS and cybersecurity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry with exposure to Open Source Software and/or Vulnerability Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Passion for Open Source Software, cybersecurity, and technology innovation.
• Experience with vulnerability/patch management tools and practices.
