POST 1 - PRODUCT MANAGER with 8 years and above Experience in Female Hormonal Therapy ( Gyn Segment) & IVF POST 2 - PRODUCT MANAGER with 8 years and above Experience in Critical Care Therapy Segment POST 3 - PRODUCT MANAGER with 8 years and above Experience in Nutritional Therapy Segment CTC for Product Manager will be 8 to 10 lacs and it will not be a constraint factor for deserving candidates with proven performance track record. All above Posts are in our Corporate Office, Pune for Product Manager * Formulating & Implementing innovative brand campaigns / strategies /activities both long term / short term for launching new brands and improving market share of existing ones. * Responsible to manage Marketing Activities and ensure growth of Entire Product Portfolio. * Budgeting Planning, Monitor ROI & Trouble shooting of products being handled * Develop New product idea based on market needs * Leveraging Digital marketing revolution through Content, Email, WhatsApp & Virtual platforms * Inventory forecasting / management. Product wise target setting & coordination with field staff * Visit different markets to meet customer for product promotion & evaluate developed strategies * Coordinate with sales team for achieving product wise sales plan & sales forecasting * Planning of Promotional Inputs including Visual-aids, Scientific literature, Sampling, Gifts, Print inputs, marketing services, trade scheme, MRP review * Imparting training to sales personnel on medical and marketing aspects of products along with Selling & Marketing skills * Developing knowledge & skills of self and team members through value addition of Product management skills, Development role, Responsibility & outcome if any one interested sennd your cv to [HIDDEN TEXT]
