JOB PURPOSE
Define Product (ICE) & Feature Roadmap, share key insights with management to make key product decisions. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring competitiveness of the assigned models.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Product Planning and Strategy:
\xc2\xb7 Developing product concepts and strategies aligned with the company\'s vision.
\xc2\xb7 Defining product positioning and value proposition.
\xc2\xb7 Creating product roadmaps and timelines.
2. Product Specifications:
\xc2\xb7 Translating customer needs into detailed product specifications.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with engineering, design teams to develop products.
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring product features meet quality, cost, and timing targets.
3. Pricing and Packaging:
\xc2\xb7 Developing pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
\xc2\xb7 Creating product packages and bundles to enhance value perception.
4. Product Lifecycle Management:
\xc2\xb7 Monitoring product performance and customer feedback.
\xc2\xb7 Making recommendations for product enhancements
MAJOR CHALLENGES

• High levels of accuracy required.
• Dynamic external environment due to changing customer preferences and frequent regulatory changes

DECISIONS

• Business case for introduction of new models.
• Proposal for addition of Features to enhance value proposition.
• Variant & Price Proposal for Future models.

Internal Clients - Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Quality, Product Planning, Digital & IT
External Clients - Dealer, Research agencies, Event management agencies & Data suppliers etc.
Financial Dimensions

• Ability to understand and create scenarios using product P&L.
• Ensuring profitability of the models by making pricing decisions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information is critical.

Educational Qualifications
MBA/B. Tech
Work Experience
4-10 years of experience (DM/MGR)
