In this job role, the product manager for post transaction experience will be responsible for three large problems

• Ensuring the customers are able to solve all their post transaction queries in a self-serve manner on the Amazon app by defining the customer experience across all post-transaction touchpoints including but not limited to Thank you pages, Notifications, Your transactions and self-serve tools available on the app.
• Empower the customer support agents with the right information & tools to handle and close loop escalations
• Drive preference for Amazon Pay instruments and Amazon Pay use cases on post transaction pages leveraging customer data & insights

You would be required to collaborate with a large group of business and product stakeholders to build the right customer experience, analyze data to make continuous improvements to the product on a monthly basis, create quarterly & yearly roadmaps and drive the product vision and strategy for all post transaction touchpoints.
As a Senior Product Manager, we expect the following things from you

• A minimum of 5+ years of solid product management experience in consumer facing products
• User focus \xe2\x80\x93 ability to keep the customers first at the heart of all technologies we build
• Prioritization \xe2\x80\x93 ability to construct a roadmap, get buy-in from a larger team on the same and direct a team towards the common roadmap in a structured fashion
• End to End delivery \xe2\x80\x93 from creating a BRD, making phasing decisions, creating GTMs, analysing post launch metrics and continuous iteration, making trade-off decisions, etc
• Data oriented approach \xe2\x80\x93 a keen eye for numbers and the ability to derive insights and product decisions-based numbers. Ability to handle ambiguous situations where limited information is available. Solid grasp on statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis is an added advantage.
• Stakeholder management \xe2\x80\x93 ability to work effectively across both internal and external industry leaders; negotiate complex topics and resolve conflicts.
• Long term vision \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to construct a vision basis long term customer and business needs and strong oral/written communication skills to articulate the same in a compelling manner

A day in the life
A typical day will contain a mixture of all the following

1. A daily health review of all your key business metrics and diving deep into any of them if you observe an anomaly
2. Working in partnerships with User experience, technology and category teams to build out customer facing experiences, product requirement documents, debating phases and creating a robust go-to-market plan
3. All the while, while reviewing NPS scores, voice of customers, come up with new ideas and build product strategy for upcoming months in partnerships with billers and regulator

• Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
• Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
