Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven

Associate Product Manager (APM) / Product Manager (PM)

to join our product team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior product leaders, design, engineering, and business teams to define product strategy, manage execution, and deliver impactful solutions. You will be the voice of the user while balancing business needs, ensuring our products stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior product managers and stakeholders to define requirements, scope solutions, and shape the product roadmap.

Partner with UX/UI, development, and QA teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and releases with clear timelines.

Actively participate in the UX/UI design process, ensuring user-centric and delightful experiences for professionals and academic users.

Work with development teams to deliver functional, innovative, and high-quality solutions on time.

Lead and contribute to quality assurance processes, including test planning and final release testing.

Define and track success metrics for product features and analyze user behavior to measure impact.

Maintain and groom the product backlog based on feedback, insights, and competitive analysis.

Create support and training materials for internal teams and external users.

Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop product collateral and go-to-market documentation.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

2-3 years of experience as an APM or PM, ideally with a strong focus on UX. Exceptional candidates with product-building experience are encouraged to apply, even if they don't meet the exact experience criteria.

Strong knowledge of design thinking principles.

Hands-on experience working with UX/UI teams and tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.

Solid understanding of prioritization frameworks and ability to create detailed product and functional requirement documents.

Good grasp of web technologies and proven experience working with development teams through multiple release cycles.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related).

Degrees in linguistics or other analytical fields are welcome.

An MBA is not required but can be an advantage when paired with relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
