Role Overview

We are looking for a senior, vision-driven Product Manager to own and lead the evolution of a complex, multi-module platform ecosystem. This role goes beyond feature management--you will define platform architecture, user workflows, release strategy, and cross-team execution across Web, Mobile, Backend, and Cloud systems.

You will work closely with React, Android, iOS, .NET Backend, QA, and Azure DevOps teams to translate business goals into scalable, high-quality product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Vision & Functional Design

Define the

end-to-end platform architecture

, modules, workflows, and ecosystem capabilities. Create

high-fidelity functional specifications

, user journeys, wireframes, and process maps. Own platform-wide

usability standards, consistency, and customer experience quality

.

2. Roadmap & Feature Strategy

Build and manage a

structured product roadmap

aligned with business and technical priorities. Decompose complex requirements into

MVPs, phased releases, and engineering-ready stories

. Prioritize features based on

business impact, engineering effort, and scalability

.

3. Technology & Architecture Collaboration

Partner with Engineering Leads to evaluate

tech stacks, integrations, data flows, and performance requirements

. Provide clarity on

APIs, backend workflows, interface contracts, and front-end experience patterns

. Ensure alignment with

enterprise security, scalability, and reliability standards

.

4. Release Planning & Execution

Define

release cycles, sprint plans, milestones, and delivery checklists

. Track execution progress, identify risks early, and drive

actionable mitigation plans

. Validate

functional completeness, test coverage, and production readiness

.

5. Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as the

single point of product ownership

across UI/UX, React Web, Android, iOS, Backend, QA, DevOps, and Data teams. Drive

clarity, alignment, accountability, and decision-making

across disciplines. Conduct structured

product walkthroughs and stakeholder reviews

.

6. Quality, Stability & User Experience

Own

platform quality, workflow accuracy, and end-user satisfaction

. Validate error handling, edge cases, performance metrics, and operational stability. Continuously identify

gaps, inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities

.

Required Skills & Experience

12-15 years

of Product Management experience (enterprise platforms or multi-module systems preferred). Strong expertise in

functional documentation, workflows, wireframes, and product specs

. Solid understanding of: React.js (Web) Android & iOS platforms .NET Core / APIs / Microservices Azure cloud infrastructure Proven ability to

lead large cross-functional engineering teams

. Track record of delivering

complex, scalable, production-grade platforms

. Excellent communication, structured thinking, and decision-making skills.
