We are seeking a vision-driven Product Manager to define, design, and lead the execution of a complex technology platform and ecosystem. This is a high-ownership, senior leadership role responsible for platform roadmap, functional design, technology alignment, user experience direction, and cross-team execution.
You will work closely with engineering leads across React Web, Android, iOS, Backend (.NET), and Azure Cloud to deliver enterprise-grade, scalable platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Vision & Design
Define the end-to-end platform architecture, modules, workflows, and ecosystem capabilities.
Create high-fidelity functional specifications, user journeys, wireframes, and process maps.
Own platform usability standards, consistency, and customer experience quality.
2. Roadmap & Feature Strategy
Build and manage a structured product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Break down complex requirements into MVPs, phased releases, and engineering-ready user stories.
Prioritize features based on business impact, engineering effort, and platform scalability.
3. Technology Decisioning
Collaborate with Engineering Leads on tech stack choices, integrations, data flows, and performance requirements.
Provide clarity on APIs, backend workflows, interface contracts, and front-end experience patterns.
Ensure alignment with enterprise security, scalability, and reliability standards.
4. Release Planning & Execution
Define release cycles, sprint plans, milestones, and delivery checklists.
Closely monitor execution and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
Drive alignment across UI/UX, React Web, Android, iOS, Backend, DevOps, QA, and Data teams.
6. Quality Assurance & User Experience
Own platform quality, functional accuracy, and end-user satisfaction.
Validate workflows, error handling, performance benchmarks, and operational stability.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Product Expertise
12-15+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in enterprise platforms or ecosystem-driven products.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and system architecture.
Technical Acumen
Familiarity with React, Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift / SwiftUI), .NET Core, and Azure Cloud.
Leadership & Execution
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional engineering teams.
Excellent communication, structured documentation, and execution mindset.
