10951 ( A )Core Responsibilities: Would be responsible to drive Assets distribution through Retail Liabilities Channel. Ensure cross sell sales volume penetration month on month across all existing channels Responsible for running marketing campaigns to targeted customers To engage with Product teams for creating specific products / schemes for RL customers. Responsible for marketing activities to promote asset products. Strategic Initiatives: Digital & other Business Initiatives (B)Supplementary Responsibilities: Process: Carry out Process Improvement Projects to improve ease of doing business and enhance customer experience Training: Responsible for content Development for training the employees on the product knowledge (C )Records/Trackers/Reports maintained by role: Responsible to use analytics to achieve higher conversion rate in campaigns. Responsible for generating and publishing timely MIS to the channel Competition Mapping: Conduct market research activities for competition benchmarking in terms of product proposition and process flow Specialized Job Skills and Knowledge: Analytical Skills Presentation Skills Interaction with Senior Management Desired attributes : Good Communication Sales Experience Education: Masters/Postgraduate: MBA Desired Experience: 7 Yrs
