OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

As part of the Marketing team, you will report to Marketing Lead, Oncology and work with , you'll work with Sales, Insights and Analytics, Patient Advocacy, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Finance teams.
The Product Manager is responsible for developing marketing plans to increase market shares of products handled and for creating relevant brand strategies in coordination with the line manager to ensure alignment with marketing directions on the product portfolio.
ACCOUNTABILITIES.
Contributes to the development of annual brand plan with responsibility for defining, operationalizing and executing key areas within the tactical plan.
Leads the execution and implementation of the Oncology brand and tactical plan, including; the develop of content, assets, marketing communications.
Manages associated budget and agency partners to deliver innovative, impactful programs that advance the brand strategies and will lead a focused promotion channel, including personal, non personal/digital, and/or peer-to-peer promotion across multiple customer segments (HCPs etc.).
Developing and implementing marketing initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
Designs promotional materials and ensures execution of brand strategy, positioning and messaging as well as identifies critical design elements for initiatives designed to inspire desired customer behavior change.
Leads vendor/ agency relationships including the development of creative briefs, execution of deliverables and management of timelines and budget.
Assesses impact of competitive developments and supports leaders in developing response plans.
Drives collaboration with all cross functional partners, including sales, regulatory, legal, insights & analytics, competitive intelligence, patient advocacy, medical affairs, and patient value and access.
Gain alignment from sales management, legal, regulatory, medical, market access and market research to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of the brand strategy.
Own and drive the marketing programs with clearly defined outcomes - i.e. Market Conversion Programs, New products introduction, increased penetration, competition conversions.
Developing crisp and impactful marketing collaterals for stakeholders in-line with the communication plan for brand, brand differentiation, customer engagement activities/ in-clinic activities etc.
Work in close collaboration with Area and Regional teams to build and launch key initiatives in the market
Responsible for disease and therapy awareness programs through Marketing driven Takeda organized meeting
Represent affiliate in best practice sharing at Area, Regional and global forums
Conduct training and engagement plans for the sales team on the product and communication material
Work with Business Operations to plan and conduct market research to gather specific insights via customer questionnaires and focus groups, survey on competitive prices, demand, value of product
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
SKILLS And COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent degree will be plus
Minimum of 5+ years of Marketing experience in Oncology segment with pharmaceutical/life sciences
Knowledge and understanding of the drug development, regulatory review and commercialization processes for specialized products
Experience in successfully representing the commercial perspective during the regulatory & legal review of launch promotional materials
Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills; able to communicate in a concise, engaging and convincing manner
Experience in marketing strategy and tactic design with an ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agencies, ability to clearly and succinctly communicate (verbally/written) at the executive level
Pharmaceutical product management and launch experience - preferred
Experience in marketing positions at a commercial pharmaceutical organization -preferred
