Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Noida
and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Ideation of potential products/features
- Conduct market research and engage with analysts
- Generate content and execute the go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate the product roadmap into release vehicles
- Analyze market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors
- Define and implement product marketing strategies (digital marketing, webinars, etc.)
- Work with the sales team to develop product sales strategies
- Prepare product sales forecasts and reports
- Market new products through time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production teams
- Determine product pricing based on market research and cost analysis
- Recruit, select, and train product management staff
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in relevant workshops and societies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or IT (Full-time with First Division)
- MBA from a reputed college
Skills/Technical Skills:
- Specify and research customer needs and desires
- Review and recommend product scope and specifications
- Collaborate with field sales teams to assess market data
- Manage product roadmap and sales strategy
- Analyze and compare competitor products
