As a part of the role, your responsibility will include the following:

• manage product management activities across asset classes with a focus on mutual funds and structured solutions.
• manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to due diligence, rollout, review, and allied product related activities.
• collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Investment Consultants, Compliance, Legal, Operations) and external stakeholders (Manufacturers, Issuers, other Intermediaries)
• ensure appropriate governance processes with strong focus on risk management and compliance adhering to local regulatory framework and global policies.
• engage with various stakeholders, multitask, and constantly work on improvement in processes.
• focus on business growth in line with the firm\'s aspirations.

UBS RecruitingYour teamThis role is based in Mumbai. The team is responsible for crafting product solutions for India Wealth Management clients. Given the scope of the role and pivotal nature of the team, you will be able to develop know-how across asset classes. \xe2\x80\x9cCan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude is the mind-set sought by the team.Your expertiseTo excel in this role, you are expected to possess the below:

• degree in relevant fields (MBA, CA, others); CFA charter holder or CFA candidate is an added advantage, certification as per regulations (NISM V-A, NISM XXI-A, others)
• 3-8 years of relevant work experience preferably in Wealth Management / Private Banking Platform
• strong investment acumen and understanding of Indian capital markets.
• ability to multitask given the wide scope of the role.
• strong process orientation and expert understanding of business operation workflows.
• dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
