Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
Making Brand plan, Brand strategy & competitor analysis of the brands.
Planning & timely delivery of promotional inputs.
Identifying the opportunities for market share growth.
Provide direction, motivation to field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
Ensuring marketing strategy implementation.
Conducting meetings, Product launches, organizing CMEs.
Excellent Communication skills, ready to travel, ability to coordinate with a go-getter attitude.
