Increase in SGB, RBI Bonds penetration in Bank by 20% year on year
Driving market leadership position for RBI / SGB. Market leadership is defined as maintaining top-position in all segments/channels/geographies where bank is market leader currently and moving to top-2 positions where bank is currently not the market leader nor amongst top-2
Ensuring daily update to channels (as and when tranches are declared) and weekly management update on progress of key business parameters
Support the channel in getting due credits of business and income in close coordination with TPP ops team
Data Management, MIS& Analysis (35%)
Daily publishing of all channels MIS across Investment Products
Co ordination with Ops, Analytics, BIU, AMC, KRA for data sources. Data inputs / MIS for senior management presentations. Regular tracking of channel performance
Data analysis of various data obtained through sources and presenting to management with new insights - SIP Persistency / renewals, etc – Monthly MIS to be sent
Release of special MIS to channels - NFO drives, special drives
Co ordination with Analytics team and ensuring more Investment segments are added to CRM objective for channels.
Evaluation of report automation.
Tracking of Pre approved segments at customer and group level to ensure minimum 5% conversion for the year of the total base
Tracking of Investment Products penetration at group id / custid level and monthly publishing to channels on % penetration region wise
Ensuring the High Propensity data is made available to the Branches on monthly basis as an opportunity to reach out the customers for more Mutual Funds penetration.
Ensuring the SIP expiry data uploaded in CRM & tracking the convertibility of the same on monthly basis.
Introduction of new data points / analysis each quarter to channels
Process Development / Improvement (15%)
Process development for Distribution of SGB / RBI Bonds in new channels
Digital process for SGB - Initiatives for enabling SGB through digital platform. Development of Adobe journey for SGB/RBI
Monitoring end to end processing of the Sovereign Gold Bonds during the tranche period, customer communication - emailers, SMS during the tranche period. Communication to the channels.
Management and closure of queries for SGB &RBI Bonds
Enhancement of existing processes for Investment Products – One process enhancement semi annually
Regulatory management (10%)
Ensuring all regulatory processes are followed & Bank meets all regulatory, audit, compliance guidelines
Engagement with regulatory authorities on data, process enhancement, queries, submissions
Ensuring query resolution
