Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from conception through delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.



Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.



Lead task assignment and monitor progress of development teams to ensure timely delivery.



Manage project budget and control costs effectively.



Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, management, and stakeholders.



Identify risks and troubleshoot issues, proactively implementing solutions.



Employ Agile or Scrum methodologies to drive project execution and continuous improvement.



Ensure compliance with security policies, quality standards, and documentation requirements.



Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other departments to align project outcomes with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or a related field preferred; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.



Proven experience as a project manager in a technology-driven environment.



Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.



Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.



Ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently.



Problem-solving aptitude and risk-management capabilities.



Technical knowledge sufficient to liaise effectively with engineering teams.
