Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and strategy for SaaS offerings. Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to drive feature development and successful product launches. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, gaps, and opportunities. Develop product metrics and KPIs to measure success, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Own the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and lead sprint planning with agile teams.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Proven ability to turn customer needs and market trends into actionable product plans. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with experience working with data to inform decisions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar. Exposure to B2B customer engagement and user onboarding strategies. Familiarity with API products, integrations, or data-driven platforms.
