- Device campaigns with businesses to achieve higher number \xe2\x80\x93 PA / PQ campaigns with regard to Mortgages business
- Work out strategies for Cross Sell / Upsell the numbers w.r.t. to field deliverable.
- Allocation of tele-calling resources and change the mix as per the targets & achievements
- Enabling tele-caller to formalize the leads in Lentra for better tracking
- Achieve the numbers / target set for the months.
