Strategy Manage Product Level P&L for Mortgage loans Drive Key business levers &ndash Rates / Fees / Product Mix / Profile Mix Drive business through campaigns, schemes, Offers, contests, distribution initiatives etc. Optimize processes & drive autom

Strategy Manage Product Level P&L for Mortgage loans Drive Key business levers - Rates / Fees / Product Mix / Profile Mix Drive business through campaigns, schemes, Offers, contests, distribution initiatives etc. Optimize processes & drive automation/digitization. Take up initiatives for Cost abatement. Evaluate Upsell and Cross Sell / Bundling prospects Manage Client Retention through value added offerings Manage various Product Level Circulars - Pricing Policy Handle OR, GIA and external auditors from time to time. Represent SCB with Non Bank Financial Institutions to explore securitization prospects. Ensure Portfolio Securitization from Financial Institutions as per the SCB Mortgage Corporate Plan Create and drive revenue through profitable Securitizations deals Ensure the desired Discipline is maintained post onboarding Business Delivering Business Performance Numbers Drive Balance Sheet Growth Processes Develop a product suite and Customer Value Proposition that is distinctive, market-leading andscalable, while being consistent with the global strategy and framework. Deliver customer growth numbers through both on-boarding CVP & product enablers as well ascontrol attrition Drive Profitability, as well as grow in line with market on strategic products Manage, maintain & develop strong and differentiated and best-in-class product offerings. Manage the technology development and implementation of strategies to deliver product propositions& CVPs. Develop strategies for revenue generation through cross sell route Derive insights to competitor strategies and take proactive steps. Build partnerships with Group to drive key initiatives Drive business objectives from co-brand and alliance partnerships that the bank has plans enter in to Drive agreement with various business on objectives and value that their businesses need fromalliance partnerships Scout and form additional alliance partnerships for SCB India to evaluate across retail corporate andother business units of the bank Create and drive individual PnL for delivery and tracking in relationship with business partners Driving business growth Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
