Job Description
Role Summary
We are currently hiring an IT Product Manager to join our team and be responsible for the product strategy & roadmap. This role includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with teams, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager\xe2\x80\x99s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategy and goals.Responsibilities
- Analyzing product performance and redesigning as required
- Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release
- Developing the product strategy and roadmap
- Managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support
- Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements.
Experience- Minimum 3 years
Must have
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong background in software engineering as well as prior experience in product management
- Prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
