What You'll Do

1. Domain & Process Understanding

Develop deep domain knowledge through warehouse visits, market immersions, and stakeholder interactions (hospital procurement, sales, warehouse ops, etc.). Study competitor products and industry workflows to identify improvement opportunities.

2. Product Discovery & Roadmapping

Work with business, ops, and tech stakeholders to define problem statements and prioritise features. Maintain the product roadmap with clear milestones, success criteria, and timelines.

3. Product Development

Translate requirements into well-defined PRDs/user stories. Work closely with engineering and design to drive execution and ensure timely delivery. Conduct UAT, coordinate with QA, and ensure production-ready releases.

4. Product Launch & Adoption

Collaborate with business, operations, and marketing teams to run pilots and launches. Create documentation, training material, and internal communication to drive adoption.

5. Metrics & Continuous Improvement

Define and monitor KPIs across fulfilment, reliability, turnaround time, and user experience. Use data & insights to iterate rapidly and improve platform performance.

Roles and Responsibility:

We need a PM who has 2 years experience working in Product Management. (Ideally 1 year APM, 1 year PM) Must know data querying tools like SQL In Mumbai - WFO Thyrocare Role is for Lab Operations & Experience Products

What We're Looking For

2+ years of PM/APM experience Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex operational workflows. Comfort working with cross-functional teams -- engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders. * Data-driven decision maker (SQL / analytics skills are a strong plus).
