As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in B2B product offerings and the innovative mind set to fill them. You're a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production -- from conception through release. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.
The Product Manager is expected to:
Define the product strategy and roadmap.
Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
Be an expert with respect to the competition.
Act as a leader within the company.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 Years of Experience as a Product Manager.
Should have knowledge of Agile Development practices and scrum master.
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
4+ years of experience in a job in the market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
Technical background, with experience in IT Domain.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Must be able to travel.
Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
