Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Pharmaceutical Product Manager

to lead the strategic planning, execution, and lifecycle management of one or more pharmaceutical products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, R&D, and supply chain to ensure the successful development and commercialization of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement short- and long-term brand strategies to achieve business objectives. Conduct SWOT analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market trend assessments.

Marketing & Promotion:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product positioning, messaging, and communication strategies. Develop marketing materials, digital content, and product training tools for the field force.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Manage the product through all stages -- from launch to maturity and decline. Work with R&D and regulatory teams to support line extensions, label expansions, and reformulations.

Market Intelligence:

Analyze market data, sales reports, and customer feedback to assess product performance. Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement field strategies. Liaise with medical affairs for scientific content and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Prepare and manage product marketing budgets. Provide accurate forecasts for demand planning and production. Bachelor's degree in

Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing

, or related field;

MBA or postgraduate degree

is preferred.

3-7 years

of experience in pharmaceutical product management or brand marketing. Experience in

launching new products

is a strong plus. Knowledge of

regulatory requirements

and

compliance standards

in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
