Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager who will play a critical role in driving the development of new features and platform enhancements. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, analysing performance metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously track industry trends, competitor offerings and customer pain points to identify new feature opportunities.
Conduct market analysis and gather insights to define short- and long-term product roadmap items.
Liaise regularly with the Sales, Support, Finance and Operations teams to gather internal stakeholder requirements.
Translate business needs into clear product specifications.
Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define product features, flows and edge cases.
Collaborate with designers to develop intuitive UX flows and wireframes.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely development and smooth implementation of features.
Use data-driven insights to evaluate the success and impact of product features post-launch.
Track key product metrics and user behaviour to optimize product experience and performance.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS or logistics/tech company.
Proven experience in writing PRD's and working through the full product lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills; ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with UI/UX designers and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
