Job Description


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, product management, or performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of digital media tactics and platforms, including programmatic, social, CTV, onsite and offsite retail media.
  • Experience with media optimization strategies (e.g., pacing, bidding, A/B testing, targeting refinements).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign analytics, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Proven success building or managing performance-focused media or marketing platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with retail media networks, shopper marketing, or CPG advertising is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with DSPs, social media platforms, or ad servers.
  • Familiarity with machine learning applications in media optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear product requirements and user experiences.

  • Automated campaign publishing to social platforms
  • Automated intra-campaign rebalancing to optimize delivery by platform
  • Automated campaign optimization across onsite/offsite retail media campaigns
  • Dynamic creative optimization (DCO) for AB testing and automated optimization
