We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager - Low-Code/No-Code Platform to define and drive the roadmap of our web-based visual development environment for hyper-automation. Our platform enables enterprises to rapidly design, build, and deploy solutions through drag-and-drop workflows for processes, data, and events, while also supporting AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities in a low-code/no-code fashion.
This role requires an experienced product leader who can blend deep knowledge of enterprise automation, market trends, and UI/UX-led design thinking with strong execution skills. The candidate should have experience in shaping platform capabilities for multi-channel application delivery, including mobile, web, and conversational channels.
What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and own the product roadmap for the low-code/no-code platform, ensuring differentiation in the hyper-automation market.
Translate long-term vision into actionable product features aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Technical Leadership
Engage in technical design reviews for drag-and-drop workflow engines and integration layers.
Define APIs, connectors, and governance capabilities with scalability and extensibility in mind.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of platform features.
Execution & Delivery
Write detailed product specifications, feature definitions, and success metrics.
Work with engineering, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver production-ready platform features.
Evangelize the platform internally and externally through demos, documentation, and thought leadership.
Requirements & User Acceptance Ownership
Document detailed requirements, epics, and user stories ensuring alignment with product strategy.
Define and manage user acceptance criteria (UAC) for each feature.
Act as the custodian of product quality, certifying readiness from an end-user perspective before market release.
Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to ensure delivered features meet business and customer expectations.
What will you bring to the team?
15+ years of overall experience, with several years in technical/engineering roles (software engineering, platform engineering) and 7+ years in product management.
Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, hyper-automation, BPM, and workflow orchestration.
Experience in multi-channel application building (web, mobile, conversational).
Hands-on familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker).
Understanding of process flows, data flows, and event-driven architectures.
Ability to contribute to technical design and architecture discussions while driving product vision.
Proven success in bringing enterprise-grade platforms to market with measurable adoption and growth.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good To Have:
Technical background (B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related Field.)
Exposure to ecosystem connectors (RPA tools, CRM/ERP integrations, messaging platforms).
Knowledge of enterprise-grade NFRs: scalability, performance, governance, and observability.
