This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager, KONE Remote Monitoring (KRM) in India.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and lifecycle management of a global remote monitoring product, delivering significant value to customers and end users. You will drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams including devices, connectivity, infrastructure, and digital services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, experience with IoT and cloud-based platforms, and a proven track record in delivering and scaling customer-facing digital products globally. You will play a key role in prioritizing features, integrating customer feedback, and ensuring the product meets high standards of quality, safety, and user experience. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership in an international, collaborative, and agile environment.
Accountabilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the KONE Remote Monitoring (KRM) system.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring customer value, cost-efficiency, reliability, and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with teams across devices, infrastructure, and digital services to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
• Prioritize product features and backlog based on business objectives, technical constraints, and customer feedback.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics, using insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, inspiring collaboration and ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Oversee project and program execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical product management or product leadership roles.
• Proven success in leading and scaling customer-facing digital products globally.
• Strong understanding of IoT, cloud platforms, devices, and digital service technologies.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, including VoIP and software-based solutions, is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in agile leadership, product discovery, and delivery practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities in a global environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
