It exists to ensure that product decisions are informed, measurable, and connected -- translating strategic vision into structured and actionable knowledge that can be understood and acted upon across disciplines.
Product Managers at Charitable Impact transform high-level strategy into actionable knowledge, maintain transparency across teams, and monitor the performance of the product or features in the market.
In practice, this means working closely with Engineering, UX Design, Marketing, and CX to align data, insights, and priorities helping teams stay grounded in evidence, and focused on outcomes.
