Summary
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of an internal operations and marketing portal (web and mobile) for one of our key real estate marketing clients. This role bridges business goals, user needs, and technology execution -- turning client requirements into an intuitive, data-driven platform that enhances productivity, transparency, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision for the internal portal (web and mobile) and align the development team with client's business requirements / workflows.
Translate complex client processes (campaign tracking, lead management, project inventory etc.) into clear, user-friendly, and efficiently implementable product features.
Work closely with UI/UX Designers, Full-Stack Developers, QA team, and TPM to ensure that all deliverables align with client requirements, brand standards, compliance needs, and data privacy norms.
Collaborate between client and TPM to prioritize the product roadmap, balancing client requests, technical feasibility, delivery timelines, and quality.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, create user stories, and maintain detailed product documentation.
Define appropriate dashboard KPIs and key performance metrics (portal adoption, efficiency improvements, lead conversion impact etc.) in alignment with business needs.
Work closely with QA team and client to coordinate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly.
Must-Have Skills
8+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis roles pertaining to enterprise portals (web and mobile) for operations/marketing workflow automation.
Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics365), campaign management, and sales enablement business processes.
Strong knack for understanding user needs and designing superior user experience.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data-driven decisions and analytics dashboards.
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Exposure to real estate marketing operations.
Prior experience with AI-assisted platforms or internal tool development.
* Technical background in web frameworks and APIs is a plus.
