Job Responsibilities

Own product initiatives end-to-end - from sharp PRDs to on-time, high-quality delivery.
Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to keep projects moving and unblock issues fast.
Drive accountability across stakeholders, ensuring no ambiguity in priorities, ownership, or timelines.
Use data and feedback to improve adoption, fix recurring issues, and prioritise enhancements.
Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to create and enhance learning simulations, admin flows, and gamified experiences.
Job Requirements

You have 2-4 years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise tech.
You write PRDs that engineers thank you for -- clear, complete, and thought-through.
You believe in getting things done over just talking about them.
You're equally comfortable with details and deadlines.
You hold yourself and others accountable, and don't leave loops open.
You can adapt quickly when situations change -- without losing sight of quality.
You know how to use data to make decisions and measure outcomes.
You treat AI like a power tool -- knowing exactly when to fire it up, and when to put it down.
You get excited by learning, gamification, and immersive learning experiences
