As a Product Manager in Conversational AI & Search platform team , you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you will collaborate with product owners both within and outside of the team, designers, engineering leads and analytics experts to develop a robust cloud based platform with the ability to federate the build out of conversational experiences across the enterprise. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
Build the various components of the platform and partner with technology and analytics stakeholders in the process
Drive the execution of assigned prioritized initiatives in the roadmap, primarily focused on Platform capabilities. Partner with Product Delivery Mangers to plan and prioritize the backlog of the supporting scrum teams to align with roadmap and product vision
Own accountability for requirements delivery from start-to-finish, including in-production performance and step in as-needed for issue triage and remediation to ensure consistent production quality.
Manage time and work-load effectively in order to support a healthy backlog of requirements.
Attend and contribute to all scrum/agile ceremonies
Maintain strong control practices by perform monthly control validation of feature accuracy
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
A Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of product management or relevant experience
Demonstrated experience with or understanding of Machine Learning and AI products/platforms
Demonstrates thought-leader abilities and/or a proven record of success learning and performing in functional and technical capacities
Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
Experience working with or a high-level understanding of Natural Language Platforms and Machine Learning technologies
Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
Excellent written and oral communication skills,
Strong interpersonal skills
Outstanding analytical and research skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Understanding or hands on experience with using Python, RASA bot framework and proven skills in defining enterprise wide Intent/Entity Taxonomy
Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure

Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
Technical acumen and a passion for digital and emerging technologies
