About the Team




The Enterprise Cart & Checkout platform powers the shopping experience for all Lowe's customers across Stores & Digital channels. This team owns and manages multiple services, right from Quote/List creation to cart and to final Checkout - thus serving a pivotal role in the shopping funnel. The team enables and delivers a fast, frictionless purchase experiences across digital & store channels--driving conversion, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Job Summary:




Executing direction from leadership, delivering results that align with strategic objectives, communicating critical information to other teams, managing vendor relationships, developing processes that align to organizational goals, specific technical skills required for managing a process.


As a Product Manager, you will play a focal role in driving the various enterprise initiatives through the cart & checkout platform. You will be responsible to own and deliver upon the product vision & roadmap outlined for your team. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Core Responsibilities:



Product Roadmap:

Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a balanced focus on short-term and long-term goals.

Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable product features and user stories.

Product Design:

Define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Product Development:

+ Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
+ Prioritize product backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and align with overall business objectives.

Product Launch:

Plan and execute product/feature launches, including go-to-market strategies and communication plans.

Product Performance:

+ Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
+ Use data analytics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.

Customer Focus:

+ Understand customer needs and pain points, and translate them into product enhancements.
+ Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.

Years of Experience:




3-5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce ; Cart & Checkout experience is a plus.

Required Minimum Qualifications

:


Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

Skill Set Required



Primary Skills (must have)



Strong product management skills, including product roadmap planning, and execution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Understanding of retail & ecommerce operations. Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.

Secondary Skills (desired)



Experience with enterprise cart & checkout systems/processes Knowledge of API design and integration. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
