SUMMARY As a RealPage Product Manager, you will help create, maintain, and grow our multifamily SaaS product offerings and integration capabilities. This position will report to a leader at director level or above. WHAT YOU\'LL DO: Define product strategy and roadmap. Understand market needs and competitive position. Interact with customers and other stakeholders. Review and approve specifications. Review and approve training materials and release notes. Develop subject-matter expertise for one or more product component areas. Conduct customer workshops, demonstrate new and/or enhanced products. Research and recommend product pricing as needed. Create and/or maintain product profitability, as needed. Work across products and lines of business to launch new products and features. Facilitate new product or feature market launch, as needed. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and drive domain area strategy, priorities, and quality. Define project objectives in accordance with client and business needs. Define project ROI, business value and success metrics for the feature/capability. Define epic-level scope and minimum product viable for market launch. Define milestone dates and drive roll out, as needed. Create Idea/Epic/User Stories & prioritize them within area of subject-matter expertise and contribute to UI design. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Post graduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and/or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis and, product management Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio and/or user interface design tools. Familiarity with various development methodologies including Agile procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven record of communicating with individuals at all levels. Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Must be willing to flex schedule as required to meet customer, global team, and release management requirements.
