Product Manager II

Responsibilities

Drive target setting, tracking, and reporting for Valuable Copilot Interactions metrics in Copilot Notebooks Collaborate with Data Science, Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product PMs to define, model, and report on key Copilot interaction metrics and underlying feature usage. Analyze data and generate insights to inform product decisions, identify opportunities, and measure progress against goals. Communicate findings and recommendations to product leaders and stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication. Support experimentation and iteration by helping design and interpret metrics-driven experiments related to Copilot features. Demonstrate and champion a culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability in alignment with Microsoft's mission and values.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience.
Experience working with data, metrics, or analytics for a high-scale productivity application. Solid collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across engineering, data, and product teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check

: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years experience with Mobile apps. 2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience.
