CSP Control Center (C3) is a unified SaaS automation platform designed to simplify and scale complex billing, provisioning, and operational workflows within the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) ecosystem. It enables CSP partners to manage subscriptions, pricing, renewals, and invoicing with high accuracy and minimal manual effort. C3 integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Partner Center to ensure real-time synchronization and operational consistency.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in SaaS product management, FinOps, and billing automation, who can visualize, define, and execute product capabilities that enable C3 to expand into new market segments.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with engineering, sales, partner success, and leadership to build scalable, market-ready billing and FinOps solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for billing automation and FinOps capabilities.
Identify opportunities to expand C3 into new verticals such as ISVs, Telecom, Cloud Solution Providers, and SaaS platforms.
Translate market needs, customer feedback, and competitive insights into actionable product strategy.
Product Execution & Delivery
Own end-to-end execution of product features from concept to launch.
Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features.
Drive prioritization decisions balancing customer value, revenue impact, and technical feasibility.
Billing & FinOps Domain Leadership
Design and enhance billing engines supporting subscriptions, usage-based billing, invoicing, renewals, discounts, taxes, and multi-currency pricing.
Build FinOps-driven capabilities such as cost visibility, optimization insights, margin analysis, and forecasting.
Ensure solutions scale across complex pricing models and high transaction volumes.
Market Expansion Enablement
Adapt product capabilities to support different business models across ISVs, Telecom, CSPs, and SaaS companies.
Partner with Sales and Partner Success teams to support go-to-market readiness, demos, and customer adoption.
Enable configurable, multi-tenant, and white-label capabilities for diverse partner needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the central point of alignment between Engineering, Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, and Operations.
Incorporate partner and customer feedback into continuous product improvement.
Support leadership with product insights, metrics, and roadmap updates.
Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in SaaS Product Management.
Prior experience in FinOps, billing platforms, or revenue automation.
Strong understanding of subscription billing, usage-based pricing, invoicing, renewals, and revenue models.
Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Experience working closely with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building products for ISVs, Telecom providers, CSPs, or SaaS Companies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Exposure to large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
Understanding of compliance, taxation, and regional billing considerations.
