Job Description
Looking for a domain expert to join the Highradius product team. Responsibilities Understand the O2C domain and build path breaking product flows for this domain Drive Competitive intelligence on the latest developments on the O2C SaaS product space Define product personas and user journeys Work closely with Sales and SMEs to build the backlog and product feature gaps Work closely with the UX team and come up with VDs Work closely with Engineering/ QA to deliver sprint outcomes Work on reports, product requirement specifications, and related collaterals Partner with engineers, architects, cross functional teams such as growth, sales, finance and support to drive customer implementations and adoption Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Manager 2+ years of experience in Product Management. Should have worked on B2B products, preferably in the finance domain. Should have been owner of product or a module of product, preferable in B2B finance domain. Should have managed products/ features around workflow management or business process mapping. Should have a basic knowledge of modes of data exchange across systems, e.g., APIs, file base etc. such that you are able to work seamlessly with engineering and external partner teams. Should have excellent documentation & communication skills in order to document the requirements and wireframes Should be flexible to work with a team that is globally distributed Location: Hyderabad
