Required Skills (First principles):
o Independent thinkers, abstract and detailed at the same time. Have the ability to back their
thinking/ideas with data, example and references.
o Ability to learn fast and iterate. Have the ability to "mentally visualize" and then put it into a shape quickly
so that a working group can further ideate and build on.
o Strong Analytical skill and passion to solve complex business problems using data and Technology.
o Strong articulation skill, written and oral, and the comfort to talk to all levels including C-Suite.
o Team Spirit - Team ethos of working together to build stuff much larger than what an individual can do.
o Understanding of Machine Learning and their uses to solve real business problems would be a plus.
Required Skills (Programming):
o Familiar with Python programming, should be able to do quick prototyping using Python and NT AI
platform.
o Understanding of Machine Learning/ statistics, especially from a mathematical point would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for building a new set of products that embeds AI into Newgen Product suite and take it to
market. All aspects of it.
