Job Qualification:
Education Level : B. Tech in Biomedical / Electronics / Computer Science / IT
Experience : Minimum 5 years in Managing Product & solutions related to Medical IT Connectivity
Language Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English
Computer Skill : Familiar with Computer, Softwares, IT Networking protocols &
Social Media
Product knowledge and skills : Product management of Hospital IT Solutions. Should be able to do
the Market analysis, perform live demonstrations of Network
connectivity between all PMLS products.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sales / CAS Team to develop, promote, and optimize Hospital IT Solutions to achieve maximum customer mind share targeted segments, providing technical support.
Perform Presales and post-sale demo to the customers to develop Hospital IT understanding.
Regular training to Internal / Distributors/ end users on Hospital IT solutions. Help customers to understand all the functions features of the product & solutions and make the best use of it.
Help customers, distributors & internal team to solve IT connectivity issues with the help of HQ and reply to them on time.
Market research, understanding of market requirement, Competitor product comparison and collect the market dynamics to frame the pricing policy of Mindray's Hospital IT Connectivity solutions.
Handling of Product launch, marketing & promotion in Conference, CMEs/ Workshops and in exclusive events. Planning and executing marketing activities.
Understanding of Customer requirement & BOQ, summarize and analyze the same for pitching the product & solutions in upcoming projects.
Develop, maintain and enhance relationship with National/ Regional/ Local KOLs.
Have a deep understanding of the key accounts which include good development and maintenance of customer relationship.
Experience of supporting Sales team for tender technical work and presales demonstrations.
Already experience of handling big private / Corporate customers and domain knowledge/ expertise.
