Are you an experienced Product Manager looking to be part of a global leader in People Science and Technology? If so, SHL is the place for you! In the role of Product Manager at SHL, you will work closely with your agile team to manage the product road map and work with cross-functional teams to enhance your products. You will work on people insight products and guide the development and evolution of cutting-edge talent assessment products to help global companies attract, recruit, develop and retain outstanding talent.

What You'll Do:
Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Assess market trends, user needs, and contestant offerings to uncover innovation opportunities.
Product Vision & Roadmap: Partner with senior guides to define strategic product direction aligned with business goals.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Drive the full product lifecycle-from concept to launch-ensuring clarity in problem definition and solution delivery
Collaboration: Work closely with UX, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, user-centric strategies.
User Experience & Story Definition: Develop clear user stories with acceptance criteria and use journey mapping to enhance product usability.
Feature Prioritization & Delivery: Prioritize high-impact features with Product Owners and maintain a strategic backlog.
Enablement, Metrics & Culture: Assist product enablement, track success metrics, contribute to business cases, and foster collaborative team culture.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Proven experience in agile product development and product management.
Strong background in big data, data lakes, data standards, and governance.
Excellent communication skills.
Desirable:
Familiarity with API contracts and SDKs.
Experience in HR tech (e.g talent acquisition, psychometrics).
Ability to translate complex data into compelling product features.
Exposure to AI-driven software and B2B eCommerce.
